An extensive profile with individual qualifications and experience is created for each employee at the beginning. If a client's needs match this employee profile, the employee is assigned to the company for a specific period. The base salary for an employee is determined by the wage agreed upon in the employment contract, which is even set by collective agreement. DEKRA Arbeit Group adheres to the guidelines of the German Trade Union Confederation and the Federal Employers' Association of Personnel Service Providers. Depending on the industry and the type and duration of the assignment, the base salary may be increased by corresponding bonuses.
The main difference with other permanent positions lies in the short- to medium-term changing workplace at our clients. If no job is available, the employee remains permanently employed with the staffing service provider during non-assignment periods and receives their regular salary.
