Inhouse Services & Master-Vendor:
The efficient management of temporary employees can be complex. Especially when there is a large number of employees or a strategic increase in flexible staff. We offer our customers two special models for precisely these very time-intensive tasks, which usually also require increased individual support. In the case of ‘in-house services’, a DEKRA Arbeit Group employee supports you on site with all administrative tasks that arise in the context of temporary employee management. Short distances. Direct implementation. Face2face contact. With our ‘Master-Vendor’ model, the DEKRA Arbeit Group takes on the intensive overall coordination of all temporary workers - including the overarching support of other temporary workers from co-suppliers - also onsite if desired, but always close to you.
Employer of Record:
With our Employer of Record Service, DEKRA Arbeit Group offers a first-class solution for companies wishing to expand their international workforce. This model makes it possible to deploy employees abroad without administrative burdens or entrepreneurial risks. We assume the role of employer and conclude legally compliant employment contracts in the respective local country. In this way, client companies can start new projects abroad without having to set up their own foreign branch beforehand. All labour law requirements are taken care of by the DEKRA Arbeit Group, including payroll accounting and communication with the relevant country-specific authorities.
Payrolling:
The payrolling service of the DEKRA Arbeit Group offers a comprehensive solution for the efficient administration of payroll accounting. Our experienced legal and accounting team will take care of all your accurate payroll tasks, taking into account the applicable legal requirements and tax regulations. Recruitment Process Outsourcing:
Due to the ongoing shortage of labour and skilled workers in Germany, many companies are finding it increasingly difficult to adapt their employee requirements to the current order situation. Our mystery shopping service checks and improves the service quality of client companies at home and abroad. Through regular evaluation, important insights are gained that sustainably promote new customer acquisition and customer loyalty for our clients. Mystery shopping is an effective tool for the objective evaluation of service quality and sales processes at the POS.
